On January 12 I placed an order with them for The Practice. On Jan 20 I received an email that it had been shipped, and would be charged to "Rogers is consulting". As I had dealt with this company before for 3 different orders I assumed it would be sent like they said, In 2 to 3 weeks. This would have made it to be here long before now. On Friday the 24th of this month I sent them an email that, of course, came back. Please, please help me get my $75.00 back. I am 81 on a very very limited income and cannot afford to lose this much money.
