I ordered a dvd, "Spenser for Hire, " from DVDTiger.com on Jan. 8th. My credit card was charged, with the tag "Rogers is Consulting." Delivery promised in 2-4 weeks. Five weeks later, no dvd, and the website is no longer available and no replies to emails.
