I responded to a survey online from ebay offering a free waatch for paying only shipping of 6.95 which ipaid with my visa. I received the watch but billed $98.00 on my visa on 2-18-13. I called the directmarketing-contin number and was given a refund claim #190608 and was told to contact directmaketing for instructions to return the watch.
