I purchased two tickets from our home here in the Middle East to the United States. It was all my money for travel for my daughter and I and we haven't heard one word from them in 11 days.
I am a single parent and teacher so this just destroyed our chances to get home this summer. I should have been smarter about this - they wouldn't accept credit cards OR paypal but the wire transfer went through and I have never heard from them again.
