Bad service - service

I wait 20 minutes to be attended and like 10 minutes to get me chicken salad and chiken nuggets, only three people were in from of me.
The service is terrible plus the girl at the front has a parch on her eyes wich were falling.!
This place has so much potential because has a place for the kids to play.
