Telemarketer called offering 30 days "free" and "unlimited" accommodation in a range of hotels. My wife took up the offer and $350 odd was taken from account following day. I investigated and the actual product was nothing even close so we immediately requested a refund inside the cooling off period. We wee initially told 30 days, then 30 working days, then they had 10 days off at christmas, then the end of the month, then the end of the next week, then by the end of the following week - still no refund and no help at all.
