I placed an order Dec. 15. I have waited the amount of time set forth by the company. When the DVD set did not arrive I emailed and got a response to wait a little longer. I did. I emailed again and was told the set was on its way (something to do with customs). The time frame for that has passed also. Now my email wont even be received by them. So I wish a) I would have checked the website reviews first—but I was in a hurry—that will not ever happen again and b) I wish my 49.00 would have gone to a worthy cause.
