I received a junk e-mail for a green tea pill, the ad said as seen on Dr. Oz, and had a video of Dr. Oz talking about green tea pills, so i thought i would try it. The ad stated i could receive a free bottle, so i clicked to receive the free bottle. It then wanted my credit card number and billing address. I assumed they would bill me for shipping, because nothing is free. And when i hit the complete transaction button, a receipt came up for the purchase of 5 bottles for $148.00. I immediately called the customer service number, and they told me they can not cancel my order, even though i never ordered 5 bottles. They said when the order is received, send it back for a full refund. When i did that, they credit my card, less $30.00 shipping & restock charge. These people need to be punished. Let's get a class action law suit started.
