I have paid in excess of $500 dollars to bus zynga poker chips. I have been stripped of all my chips by Zynga claiming i have violated the terms

The account has been suspended for activity that violates our Terms of Service. To resume playing Zynga Poker, please go to the Zynga Poker application and follow the instructions on the screen. You can resume playing by accepting 10% (up to 1,000, 000 chips) of your total chip stack. If you chose not to accept these terms, your account will remain suspended indefinitely.

I have contacted zynga and they will do nothing to help... Very frustrating and thousands of other people like me are being ripped off by Zynga
