I also signed up for trial for $4.95, and the same as the other complaintant, two weeks later they charged my debit card an additional 109.67. I was able to reach customer service, however after quite a bit of arguing they agreed to credit my account for the full amount and email me a return authorization number for me to return the sample. That email they promised to send me was not received, my debit card is still reflecting the charge and I most certainly did not give anyone authorization to take additional funds from my account. I am fileing a dispute with my bank and fraud officer and cancelling my card.
