Miscellaneous

Our partner and I purchused these products once and they sent us more the next month. I sent the second lot back along with a cancellation notice as I couldn't get through on the phone number provided on the invoice. They kept sending us more every month and I kept sending them back. They kept charging our account to the point we had to change our card number. Our bank has filed an investigation into the matter and now they refuse to refund the money unless we provide evidence of reciepts from returning the product which I was only charged the first time as I opended the box to put my written notice of cancellation in. The following times I returned the products I was not charged, by Australia Post as I didn't open the boxes and refused to accept them, therefore reciepts weren't produced. They didn't bother to try to follow up on the reason for the return (Which is the (Inappropriate Content Removed) don't work). They are now currently sitting there with the products we returned back to them and payed for and refuse to refund our money which is around the $900 Australian dollars mark. So for those of you who get an add that pops up on your computer claiming that a mother in your local area has stumbled accross two products that reverse the signs of ageing, don't believe it, it is (Inappropriate Content Removed) and it's aim is to only rip you off.
