This company is resposible for the general rehab of the property in question located at (Personal Information Removed) where nothing was done correct. Everything from the flooring to the electrcity. And including illegal dumping of unused materials Today the house has several code violations and considered unlivable. Yet the owner (buyer) has had to continually put money into the property on things that should have been rehabbed by the flores company this house now has mold in need of new duct work for proper heating and cooling. Plumbing work, rubber siding placed over rotted wood, etc and by the way the family has many small children. No one should have to live in these conditions. And what has been stated is just a few of the multiple problems caused by improper work.
