I ordered the complete series of Chicago Hope on 12-31-12, and have never received my order. I emailed them once and they responed with it's been shipped out, you should receive it anyday. Recently I've been trying to reach them every day, and I can't even get on their site. My check also cleared at the bank within a couple of days, so they didn't waste anytime getting my money. Very upset to think someone can sink so low and steal from people.
