On the 13th feb we ordered flowers, Spent $55 and they were guaranteed next day delievery by 5pm.
As it was valentines day aswell.
We recieved an email on the 14th Feb to say our flowers were in transit at 1.20pm.
5pm came still no flowers, no phone call, no email to say what happened.
We emailed company at 8.00pm on 14th feb to ask where our flowers were, still have no response.
Flowers turned up at 11.30am on 15th feb wilted and not worth the $55 we spent.
We tried again to contact them with no response.
At this stage we still have not had any contact with anyone from the company, no apology, no refund, nothing.
Do not trust this company there is no ""guarantee""
