Pleased with service from Rue La La - Jack Rodgers' sandals

I just read some negative reviews of Rue La La on the internet and feel like they are talking about a different company than has been my experience. I did learn to pay attention to whether or not an item was returnable and also how to do it if I wanted credit back on my card and not store credit. I have received two items in the last week which came a week or less after they were ordered. A necklace that was not returnable arrived broken and I called and was sent a mailing label to return it for credt on my card. Obviously you have to pay attention to the rules if you want a happy outcome.
