Removed all money from pensions, after he was caught having an affair with a co-worker. Told me his attorney told him to quit his job to avoid payin alimony after 26 years of marriage.

Lied and told our son a tobacco farmer would pay for his tuition to college if he turned down his 4 year scholarship in california. Only later did the son find out it was said to get him to leave his mother in CA., alone.

Had not paid the house payment, car and truck payment for 5 months and told me, he would let the house go to foreclosure before he allowed me to get a dime from it.

Tricked me into signing a qit claim deed. Said he had planned it for 18 months. Told me he was guaranteed to not pay a dime of alimony if he quit his job and worked as an independent consultant.

Opened a company in the girlfriend's created name, works as a consultant and the payment for his service are mailed to a P.O. Box in california. The girlfriend cashed the check and pays him cash.

He travels to california 2 times each month and stays from 10 to 21 days in a hotel, with rental car and eats out each evening. But proclaimes he has no money. Paper work is sent to him via Fedex, UPS, US mail.

THe girlfriend still works at the company he left on July 21. Some one still at the company said he is not on the active payroll and active was stressed. THe company had housed him at Embassay suites hotel on numerous occassions.

He is receiving assistance from several of his former co-workers who have gone through divorce and know he is beig paid cash. Some of these companies are Boeing, and other large aerospace companies with government contracts.
