Ordered a Box set of Hill st Blues, over four weeks ago, they said it would come from canada and arrive within 1-3 weeks. I have since emailed them several times and recieved NO response! I have even emailed them asking for a customer service phone number and not recieved a response!!! Wish I checked these complaints first! I encourage everyone that has been scammed to contact Amazon since "gatordvd" showed up through thier website, and ALSO, Contact the Better Business Bureau, there is no better way to hurt any licensed company than with a Better Business Bureau complaint!!! That is "IF" they actually have a business license (which I doubt) and IF they actually exist! I am truly sorry everyone else got scammed like me..
