Group calling wanting to buy condo (we were not advertising to sell). Call just about every day. Got my name wrong, state where I lived and when they sent a contract to sign, my attorney said it was written by a layman, not real contract and I would have to pay their commission whether I sold it or not. Also, they were offering 6000. More for the condo than we bought it for. Scammers. Had I signed, I would be out 6%
