Not meeting promised delivery date

Ordered my part from this company in Sturgis at the Rapid City HD dealership where they had a booth set up. Paid my deposit and waited.inquired multiple times as to status, recieved little to no communication. Was told 8-10 weeks ended up being 13-14 weeks before I was sent a bill for the remaining portion of the bill.

I have now made them wait for payment as long as they made me wait for my part. Today I requested a final detailed invoice of the purchase before I send payment.

This company has little to no customer service, I would recommend them to anyone.
