The email address is not valid and the contact phone# 1-866-205-9948 is a promo for a cruise ship vacation. I have seven days to tell them what is wrong with product and to request refund based on their return policy and quite frankly everything is wrong. What recourse do I have? The above address does not exist based on a map quest search.
