Our complaint is identical to complaint #209866! At first they told us we had to wait, be patient, it was on it's way. Nothing. Then they gave us some line about tracking it when there was never a tracking number! How's that work??? Then they offered a refund a couple of weeks ago so we quickly jumped at it. Of course they never came through and now refuse to accept our e-mails. So frustrated! We should have known when there was no TX number on the website! Totally regret is.
