Needed to replace Grandsons SSI card. Thought the Company was SSI. It wasn't and they perform a scam. They let you fill out the app. For SSI then when you complete the process they charger you 44 dollars for two pieces of paper and you have to fill it out. You can go to SSI and fill out the same paper for free.
