After returning one hour later with a "Pur" water filter that was missing parts to get my "cash" purchase back I was told your policy is that I HAD to give my name, address AND phone number. OR, I could not get my money back. You did not ask for this info when I bought the item. Being that I presently have 53 telemarket callers harassing me daily "MY Policy" is not to give it out anymore. WHY do you DEMAND this? After a screaming match with the idiot behind the counter, I relented with a fake number. When he saw I was getting crazy why didn't he just put anything in, in - stead of holding up a line of 10 people, which at the time I didn't give a hoot about. Unless you are telemarketing, why else would you demand this. I hate you Walgreens, kiss my bottom. I don't need your store.
