I purchased the Microsoft office pkg which has worked fine. My computer crashed 02-06 and everything was wiped out. It is fixed now but I have left several messages for the company to call me in order to get a license number to re-install the program. I have not been able to speak to a live body. Just leave a msg, I even email them and have gotten no response. I cannot afford to buy anotehr package. The program was downloaded to my computer. The number that showed on my account is not an accurate number.
