The technicians, at Davita do some of the sloppiest work, most of the tech's are just hired off the street. Most have never even used a needle, horrific company. So last week one of the tech's put me on and I leak for four hours and NO ONE came to adjust the needles or stop the bleeding. What's really interesting is the following week I had to get a blood transfusion. Also, this week because the tech's have sloppy routine's they end up scarring my arm, and creating blisters, because more than 98% of time, every technician rubs my arm RAW. Even if I explain my skin is ultra sensitive. No RESULTS, yet to make a grievance Davita will use this against you and literally kicked out a unit that know you need as you lifeline. A month ago I went into a seizure, due to the technicians not knowing to give me saline, and I ended up in a horrific seizure. Also, I don't understand how a administrator with no degree, racist, and just plain bias, continues to hire these inadequate technicians. But the real problem is Davita refuses to acknowledge your pain let alone your right. As I said before, the racism, and blatant disregard for human life. It's not all Davita it's just the tech's are horrific in every way, from attitude, to mortality, to genuine rights of a patient. Please, please, please INVESTIGATE. Davita is a Nightmare on elm street company. Please Investigate.
