I bought a phone from a Mobilicity store, it also came with a plan. The phone came with a charger that's ment for another phone, and the phone was also used and not brand new, not to mention broken as it doesn't charge.
I thought that a mobile company would have the integrity to give a new customer a refund, or at least exchange the used and broken unit for something of equal value that works (and is new).
They decided to give me No refund, No exchange, No return. To top it off since i was extremely unhappy with them and cancelled the plan, i was told that the phone is no longer under worranty.
Before the above happened, they said one thing, then they contradicted themselves by firt saying they're not responsible for this problem and can do nothing (i have it recorded for future referances), then they said the unit is B stock, that being the reason why i am screwed.
If you ever buy from them, please ask "Is the Phone New?", followed by "Can i see if it charges properly?", and don't forget "Will i be able to return the unit if something is wrong with it?". If everything seems okay, buy a phone from them at your own risk, i'd suggest someone else, since their plans are on special right now.
