I placed a "free trial" order which the company
said was a promotion at no charge except a $3.95
shipping fee on 12/28. This was solicited on-
line by the company. Product arrived about 2 weeks later. On 1/31, I was checking my credit card account to which I had made my original purchase on, and noticed a charge of
$41.87 made on 1/29. This was an unauthorized
charge and as of this date (2/11), I have not
received anything else from them. When contacted, customer service reps are rude and
uncooperative (read from script!). Won't refund
my money to my credit card unless I return the
product sent me (which I own since I paid for
it.) I've notified my credit card company about
this and am awaiting their reply. Very unscrup
ulous company. Needs a good class action suit! Don't wait! (Don't do business with them!) Dishonest and reprehensible company as
well as those who are associated with it!
