Unauthorized charge

We were provided a totally free credit history (having a $1 service charge) and were charged on two balances —$11.95 to get a credit rating increase and $4.95 for fraud protection. Neither was described on the internet site and that I approved only the $1 service charge. Shock when my charge card statement arrived. I had been ready to get hold of the free credit increase account plus they terminated the consideration. The scam defense one just provides a registered information to visit their site and click "live helpdesk", then about the blue-box designated "stay", but I find no blue-box as well as the charge card business was not able to achieve them. The businesses are equally in Vegas and also the figures are comparable. The very first # was 800-712-7224. Appears like this "fraud defense" is just a scam.
