I was told that I would be contacted after the free trial before any billing would occur and specifically told in an email that I would be updated monthly regarding my "analytics". No such contact occured and because of my own miscommunication with the person who pays my bills I have been charged $49.95 monthly since August. When I challenged them on this they tried to show me how they were promoting my business listing on Google Maps. What came up was outdated and completely incorrect address and phone number that would lead a client nowhere! They refunded this month only, even though they have charged me for services NOT PROVIDED FOR MONTHS!
I also spoke with "Fabio" and he told me there are no supervisors above him and that this is an investment venture with no one above him to talk to.
