I sent in for a free sample of excelatrim and total body cleanse after seeing that it was no strings attached and that I would be able to try before I buy for the price of shipping and handling. Well after I received the product and opened it and looked at the bill I saw that the advertisement was in fact not the case and that they would ship the product and you had 14 days to contact them for a return code and if not they would bill the full price of the product as well a put me onto an unauthorized auto ship every month if I did not call the company to cancel and get the return product code to send back the product. I did call the company with no avail, every time I called I got an all servers are busy please call back later message. I had to call the credit card company and cancel my card to prevent all new unauthorized transactions from coming in. I am so glad I found out about this scam before they could withdraw future funds from my account. Don't fall into their trap and if you have just ordered call the credit card company as well as your local fraud protection agency before this company sends you a product you didn't authorize as well as a 80- 160$ a month bill.
