I live in the UK and saw what i thought was a great offer at just 4.95 (pounds) per item. Shock/horror when i check my bank statement and see that 148 pounds (232 dollars) has been taken from my account.
I'm straight on the phone and get what sounds like a call center in Bombay, the guy assures me that repeat orders are cancelled and gives me a R.M.A. Number for each item, tells me to post the items back with the number on the outside of the package clearly visible, i do this and send the items to the address in Florida (a box number!) on track&trace.
I note then that the items have been delivered on the 28th Jan but to date no refund has been paid, i have just tried to call (11/02) the UK number but the line does not ring and just keeps going dead, looks like i've been had.
U.S. Authority's really should be getting a grip of these people... How long have they been trading???
