Miscellaneous

I got an email from this company, which I do not know what this company is for. The email came with an attachment and under it it said:
Record ID: *
Supplier: yahoo.com
Invoice No.: *
Invoice amount: USD 5551.77
Rejection reason (s): Approval Required
Please find enclosed a record of invoice that could not be processed. We would like to ask you to assist us in resolving the noted rejection reasons.

In my opinion they want me to download the attachment and this might be a scam or something to make me think I can be approved to get that amount of money. I know it's fake since I have no reason at all for getting any money and specially not that huge amount. Also this email was sent to 15-20 other people that their email starts out like mine.

Salesforce.com is a good CRM program but the reprsentatives lie. They change price and hold your data hostage if you don't go along. Their tech support is terrible. It is in Costa Rica and you coumminication is difficult. San Francisco California
