This was a pop up on my compter. After filling out a brief survey, the claimed I'd recieve a free item and all I had to pay was the $5.95 shipping cost. The next month on my credit card statement they charged me $95.00 for that item (perfume). This is a huge scam. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
