Blocked Card Prevents Paying Bills, Plus False Advertising

Hi, I have had a lot of issues with this company. They use false advertising on their web site and on their phone line. I can never get a straight answer on anything. They constantly lie and give me the runaround.

They have blocked my card. I have bills to pay, and I can't use my card to pay them because it is blocked.
