The offer was made as a gift for shipping charges only ($5.99) while I was ordering from another company. It was made to look as if it was coming from the company where I was placing my order. I was charged the shipping amount in November. Then in January, I received another watch. When I saw the $95.00 on my card dated (Dec1) which I received in January, I contacted them and told them that I had not ordered that watch, I would be glad to send it back to them for a refund on my card. They informed me that I had filled out an application with them because that was the only way I could have gotten it. They told me that they had cancelled my account. The only way they could have gotten my card number was from the company I was ordering. I did not fill out anything for Volvado.
Then my next statement for January, (which I received in February) they have charged me $49.99
