I ordered Handyman Mag online and paid by PayPal. I have not received Mag. Contacted Handyman Mag and they said they received no order. Contacted PayPal and they say it is not covered by their payment guarantee.
I've tried to phone and get a recording to go to Dealcentral.com/live. Just a run around. This is a scam outfit.
