I had won $100 and was never paid. The amount I had onewas verified by Will Ortega (VIP Manager). He told me I was missing some documents to verify my identity. I provided these documents to him and finance. They responded by closing my account and stopped responding to my phone calls and my emails. I finally got a hold of Will who verified he received my documents and they were exactly what they wanted and would send to finance.
And I would receive my money. It's been 6 weeks and now they won't take my calls and my account has been locked.
