I receive a chk on a debit card and they deducted $59.99 from it. I don't remember signing up for it. I was told when I called that I would receive a $100 gas card and a$10 Walmart card so I said OK. Now, nearly 10 weeks later they took another 19.98 out and I haven't seen ANYTHING from them. The last time I called I was told I had to go online and fill out a form to get my cards.
