I sent the The Foreclosure Law Center a total of 3,600.00 to stop a foreclosure on a property. Have sent them numerous E-mails asking what is going on with my case. No reply with any information about my case. Finally sent an Email to the president of the firm demending that they send me a copy of what they have done and what fees they charged the reply I recieved from the president "Call me, we are still working on your case, have a little faith in me, Im a lawyer, Im not going to steal your money, thx." Sent more emails wanting to know what the billing was and what they were doing. The reply I got back "All we do here is submit your application. Thats all we do." With no answer to my questions of what they were doing or what the fees are. I know have a sheriff sale on the property. Dont ever use the foreclosure law center. I asked for my money back and this was i was told
"If you are going to fire me, you will probably not get a refund and you will lose your home. You can report me to the PA attorney general but they will probably side with me as my firm cannot and will not break the law. Thank you..."
