I received my monthly credit card billing statement last November 5. I was in dismay to find $99.62 charged by jetsetfutures. I searched for it in the internet only to find out that it is a Home Income Program. I never went to their site nor purchased any item or services. I even scanned my billing statement for them to understand that i never made any purchases from their company. No reply from them.
The following month December 19, I was charged again by jetsetfutures an amount of $49.37, I immediately sent them an email demanding for a refund since again i never purchased any item or services from this company. They replied to my email saying that I am no longer entitled to a refund since the 14 day money back guarantee they offer has already lapsed. I told them how can I ask for an earlier refund, if I didn't know I was charged for something i didn't purchased. They told me also that no further charges will be charged in my account. The latest billing statement I received last week, there was again another charges amounting to $49.37 appeared on my statement this time under learnauction8553523740. I check this and out that it is the same jetsetfutures. I cakked up their customer service and guess what I was on the phone for 20 minutes and no customer service answered my call. Please give back the money your company has taken from me.
