I looked online at my account and seen that there was a charge for $30.00 and called them to see what the charge was for they said it was for a loan I applied for last year in August and I never finished the application, but just for starting the application they charged me the $30.00. My bank will not reverse the charge, because they are saying that I gave them my bank information.
