I contacted this company for computer repairs at their local office 205-533-8519. The technician arrived and advised me the charge would be 99.00 per hour plus additional charges. I told him that i hr. Should be plenty of time. It ended with 2.5 hours and was still not fixed. He told me to write a check for the 222.75 and void it and he had to return to the office for some additional info and he would return the next day he never returned and when i called them they said he would return my call but did not. A couple of days later someone called me to check and see if i was satisfied with the service. I ignored their call. Again they called me and it sent up a red flag. I checked and they had taken the money from my account. I called them and asked them why since the work was not completed. They did not respond any i became very angry and told them i would file a claim against then. End.
