I bought a Steam Mop H20 X5 last October. From Freechoice, as seen on TV.
Didnt use untill Monday 4th February.
The upright mop worked ok on my kithen floor
when I used the hand held device to do the tiles in the bathroom it would not spray out steam, and it started to leak, it also smelt like it was burning. I quickly turned it off at the mains, left it to cool down and tried it again. But still did not want to workTried the email address on the invoice, but it keeps bouncing back. I suppose I have been had.
