Purchased golf club on Ebay Nov. Club was unacceptable. Was told to return club for full refund. Seller did not refund, delayed any action until Ebay and paypal resolution deadline passed. Apparently Ebay and Paypal guarantee for fair treatment of customers is useless. There is no avenue for consumer to dispute a transaction past their deadline. Butchcassidy Inc will not answer my emails.
