Miscellaneous

On 11-23-12 I entered into an agreement with United Tech Consulting for a website, in the amount of $499 with a 30 day money back guarentee. Then on 11-27-12 I agree to and addidtional $3,000 charge for Multi-phase Internet products and services to include: 1 New Domain 1 New BlogSite Listing on the First Page of Google within 30 Days Commission Junction and 40,000 multi phase visitors.

I felt rushed to move along when the four pages came up along side the document. I began to have concerns regarding the Echo Signed documents and was unaware that I was contracting with two seperate companies. I had difficulty in getting any information on Face West Connection and noticed that their warenty period was for 7 days only.

On 11-28-12 I sent a FAX (602)-535-7411 to United Consulting to the attention of Josh Jones, Accounting Specialist and Stan Davis, Mentor/Coach with my Client Id#.

I included the following in the FAX:
"I see the 'FWC' reqires having a written request for a refund to be received within 7 days from the dte the contract is signed. I am requesting a refund for the $3, ooo. The 'UTC' requries a writtne notice to be received 30 days from the date of purchase. I am requesting a refund o f$499 for the purchase of their Platinum Package.

Today's date is November 28,1012. Refund the total amount of $3,499 to my Discovery Card (Personal Information Removed) immediately. Please confirm reciept of this communication and the action taken on refunding the above money. Thank you, Frances Dunford"

The request was not granted and the site was created. I decided to at least try it out and requested the technical training and assistance and coaching that was supposed to be included. George Stanley provided a quick walk through the site. I found that to market this site I would have to post daily to the social media. I have not used any of the social media before but set up an account with Facebook as instructed and tried to post by copy and paste the address of the 'Mall' website that had been created.

Stan Davis who was supposed to provide weekly coaching sessions has never done any thing. I have called and left messages for him that I needed alot of help. George Stanley responded a few times and gave some quick information that I have had difficulty in following. I made it clear that I am a novice and therefore need alot of help on each step. It has been weeks since I have been able to get any return call at all. My last call was yesterday and I left an instant message that either of them call. I just can't get the training and assistance I need. The website is not at all successful.

As far as I am able to determine, this is a scam operation. I believe they are affilliated with 'Success Planning Group', an advertising agency. (I filed a complaint against them 12-18-12 which has been resolved.)

I have provided Discovery Card company with the above information and they have just credited my account with the $3,499 so I consider the matter resolved, however, want the complaint to be a matter of public record. Thank you for the service you provide to help protect consumers.
