Ripoff! Fraudulent information! I signed up for marketing, website and coaching, but did not receive what I paid for

I am filling a complaint regarding CKF Consulting of St. George, Utah. I spoke to Cason Frei and I signed up for a program in which I paid to have marketing done and a website and products created for me with coaching of a half an hour. All I have received thus far is 4 or 5 half an hour pep talks.

I have to do every bit of construction on the web site, but none of the templates do not work at all, modules giving information which does not all apply to what I signed up for. I dont have time to build a website from scratch nor to hunt for products, etc. I paid to have this all done for me.

They work in conjunction with Bright Builders which is also a joke. I am very frustrated with this rip off and taking one's money. I am an intelligent person and I already have a business and I in no way am out there for some "get rich quick scheme". I know that is nothing but scamming. I spent a long time researching and looking for something that I thought would be legit only to find it is a definite ripoff. I dont mind spending money for what I thought I was going to receive in the words of Cason Frei. I plan to pursue this with all the avenues that I can.
