I filed a formal complaint which i never recieved the date and time of the hearing and found out all the mail that was sent was sent back undeliverable. The water company shut my water off last weel the 31st of january turned it back on sent another ten notice on 2-6-13 to shut off on 2-11-13and said there was another one at end of the month to shut off again. They are seeking revenge cause i am holding them responsible for not fixing my sewage problem cause of the insurance i carried through them that is causing sludge to add up on my floor, and a terrible smell with the water. I am being harrased, and discriminated and i have health problem's. I requested a exception which was filed in a timely matter and was told the water is on hold but they keep shutting it off.
