Went in for a simple, Smog Certification. Filled out paperwork, they also make a copy of your Drivers License! I asked why they did this? He said it is just the way their system works! That it would take, 30 minutes, and cost $78.00

They drove my Jeep Wrangler, into one of the bays, put it up on a rack, 12 min later, this guy is screaming at me, that the car is stuck in 4WD? I am shocked, and asked him how the car got into 4WD? Obviously he shifted it into 4WD, mode, had kept, tampering with the Jeep, and the car is now stuck, in 4WD mode.

He kept screaming he did not touch it, could not get the jeep out of 4WD, He then tell me they don't know how to deal with this type of car! I said, why did you tamper with it in the first place if you do not know how to Smog-Test Jeeps?

He then, just pushes the car out into the, parking lot, and left me to deal with this horrendous problem! Not being able to drive, my car, which was perfectly fine, before, I got there! Had to phone AAA, all they could do was offer to tow.

Conveniently, a mechanic, who happens to be right next door, offers to take a look at the now caused problem! And tells me, they frequently cause some problem to people's cars, and take no responsibility for the damages! Now they want to charge me $220.00 and counting, for the damage and repairs, I am sitting there for 5 1/2 hours, he tells me they need to order the part, and they have nothing to do with the business, right next door! Tells, me it will be ready on Thursday, and phoned me today, (needed to wait two days for repairs to be completed!)

That there is even more extensive damage, and it will cost a lot of money to fix, and could I come right away! I say no! I cannot come, to just, do the repairs, agreed upon, that I do not have, the money, to pay them, for these repairs, already had, to call and ask my boyfriend if, I could borrow the money! That I do not have anymore money to pay him and cannot afford to have them fix any other "problem"whatever it is, and I will be taking the Jeep to the dealership!

He keeps telling me. This will cost a lot of money! Meanwhile EAGLE SMOG-CHECK, next door is taking no responsibility for the damages to my car! Which was, perfectly fine before I went in to have the Smog test done!
