Same story, local number which is a google voice number and they charged me $143.90 for the year. What I did was filed a dispute with my bank and eve if they tried to get some of the money I have paid them I managed to get it all bank. Clearly it is a scam they will try to negotiate with you for your money not to be refunded so I suggest just file a dispute because this is a scam and very misleading!
