Not only is this a company of scammers, they seem to be clueless as to the workings of a travel agency.
Mulitiple times I was told I would be called back... Am even now awating a "call back" regarding a litany of complaints related to a cruise that was taken Nov 3.
I listed specific complaints of misinformation, lack of call backs, incorrect billing, and no return of funds; which TSU said I would recieve.
As for the "draw" of saving money... NOT SO MUCH!!!
If it sound too good to be true... It usually is.
